Bookings and Appointments Information

GP Appointments

Appointments are required for services provided by GPs.  Appointments can be made by visiting our reception in person, or by phone, or by booking online. "Walk-ins" are generally only possible if there is a spare appointment at that time. Telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients, please speak to your GP or our receptionists for more information. To book a standard appointment with any of our GPs, please click the Book Now button, or call our friendly reception team on 07 5528 0037

Allied Health Appointments

All appointments for our Allied Health partners may be booked via our reception team only.

New Patients

“New Patients” are requested to report to Reception 10 minutes prior to their appointment time so that our staff can record relevant personal and medical details.

Alternatively, download and complete the form and bring it with you. This will help our appointments run on time and ensure you spend a full allocation of time with your treating doctor.

Click the button to download the New Patient form, fill it in and bring it with you to save time on your initial appointment.

Medicals or Surgical Procedures

NO MEDICALS OR PROCEDURES should be booked online as these are longer appointment times.  Please call so staff can allocate the correct amount of time for your appointment.

Payment

Please note that, from Monday 4th July 2022, a new fees policy will apply. Please see our Fees page for more information.

Please help us maintain a quality and efficient service by:

  • Attending your appointments on time, and

  • Ensuring you notify us, as early as you can, if you’re unable to attend your appointment for any reason.  This will ensure all our patients have access to our service.

Failure to notify the surgery of a cancellation prior to your appointment may result in a fee being charged and a loss of bulk-billing entitlements at the surgery.
