Our patient feedback surveys have been evaluated and as requested by our patients we will aim to improve on:

1)Â Â Keeping appointments on time & lower wait times
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â We will communicate with patients when they check in for an appointment about their wait time
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â We will aim to call patients ahead of time to inform them of major wait times
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â We will encourage patients to book longer appointments if and when required to help doctors stay on time and for patient care.

2)Â Â Telephone access to a nurse or doctor
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â We will continue to pass on messages to the clinical team, it can be difficult to transfer numerous calls to the clinician if they are consulting with patients at that time.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â We will encourage patients to book a telehealth appointment to discuss current concerns/queries.

3)Â Â Access to an After Hours Service
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â We will continue to promote our after-hours service provider, National Home Doctor Service. Their contact details are listed on our website, in our practice brochure, on our front door and we also supply their magnets.
